New construction office building

The customer maintains several offices in Michelstadt, which are used by the administrative departments. The customer has several offices in Michelstadt, which are used by its central departments. As the existing premises were no longer sufficient, plans were made to construct a completely new office building.

It now spans three floors and covers a floor space of 2,500 m². Sustainability is a major theme in this project. Therefore, the decision was made to use photovoltaic systems for energy generation. The building was thus certified according to DGNB standards.
