Building
MultiFuel Hub Hannover Airport
A multi-fuel hub is being built on an undeveloped plot of land (approx. 47,000 m²), setting new standards as the first of its kind. This visionary project includes a state-of-the-art hydrogen filling station to support the mobility of the future, 23 e-charging points for cars and trucks, and a conventional forecourt for traditional fuel needs. An inviting building offers a well-stocked shop, a cosy restaurant, high-quality sanitary facilities, a special trucker area, office space, a day room, a sunny terrace and a playground for younger guests. A powerful PV system with over 500 modules and storage systems provides sustainable energy. 113 spacious truck parking spaces ensure comfort and safety for drivers.
Both the truck parking lot (SteP) and the hydrogen filling station (IPCEI) are supported by subsidies. Artelia GmbH took care of the application for these subsidies as well as their administration and billing arrangements.
