High rise building at Berlin Alexanderplatz

Construction of a mixed-use high-rise building on Alexanderplatz in Berlin. The tower is 130 metres high and comprises 32 floors and three basement levels. The total floor space of the building is 59,486 square metres and includes the following uses: apartments, shops and offices.

The project has been recognised for its forward-looking digital infrastructure and ecological construction, including LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certifications. The building materials will also be certified. The façade will be equipped with photovoltaic panels to cover part of the building’s electricity consumption.

Special features of the project: Close proximity to the underground / metro tunnel, development of the entire site area.
