Hotel refit

Artelia GmbH was appointed by the owner, a French real estate fund focusing on hotel properties, to manage and supervise the extensive renovation and refurbishment of six former IBIS hotels.

The aim was to implement the complex structural, technical and design measures at the locations in Aachen, Bonn, Bremen, Duisburg, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt efficiently, transparently and within the specified budget.
